Is there any other way to reach the team? I sent an email to their support team, but got no response. I had purchased tier-3, but the lack of support scares me and hinders me to use the platform for mainstream LIVE initiatives.

We would like to know if this product is in active development by Marble, especially after the introduction of Flows.
We also wish to learn what are the product updates / features in the last 3-6 months. Do you have any releases history during this period?
One last question... Pls confirm if we can use your Marble product to run a mainstream online education business.
