Q: Having used MM for a few weeks now I'm not seeing any snapshots for the Compete Module ?
According to this response from the MM team:
1. Snapshots save all the data on an application (with the exception of the set in Optimize). So you don’t have to use another query. In my workflow for the MarketMuse blog, I always move that text out to a Google Doc for safekeeping.
The only exception is supposed to be Optimize, however this does not appear to be the case ?
Q: After the latest update, the dashboard feature is gone, plans can be created but not deleted, plan main topic ...
keywords get overwritten and miss-spelt automatically and can't be edited, and none of the research that you can do in the Applications can be pulled into a plan or a brief. I cannot draw from the keyword topics, questions or competitor data that I've already run queries for when creating a Brief, which costs credits.
There are no support options anywhere to ask for help either.
My main question is, How can I use the research that we do in the Applications in creating a Plan? And in creating a Brief?
