Is there no way to log in on the site for appsumo users? I click manage account on the website and it asks me to enter key. I put the key in then it says "License key not valid". There is no settings in the extension to log in. How do we remove devices or have anything within an account that says we are even licensed to use the product?
Also when you finish blurring what you want and exit off the pop up extension tool bar it leaves behind the blue highlighted box that was selected from the exit button. so if i want to screenshot or record there is a blue box on the screen lol
hi since some month the lizense key from me isnt working i send me a new one but never got a new key
is this app abonded but why it is still here

i removed the ,,,, and it worked again. "But sadly, all of my browser profiles are on a separate licensed device. Is this correct?" i have a stand pc and it used 3 device slots all on the same device.
I wish I had read the questions' section before I purchased this. I cannot activate it. The instructions given on Appsumo for activation do not seem to function any longer. Could you make a short video on how to activate the code?
I have tried multiple times but have not been able to activate my redemption code and it expires tomorrow!!!!! It seems this is a 'common' theme here???
I am inclined to this this is a dead app. I today tried to activate another code, no luck. This time it asked for a 'license key' of which I never have. So I did a password/license key reset and the result turned back that the user id does not exist in the system aka my account has been deleted from the system?
And no, I did not get any help or support in the original issue when I first emailed both them and appsumo. He replied on here further below but no follow up on email or help with the issue.

your sumo code is the license key it is mentioned in the steps, and for any help please send email to [email protected]
