Q: Why is my free dashboard different from your tutorials, and can I connect multiple custom domains?
Hi,
I recently created a free account to evaluate Brandy before deciding whether to purchase it.
I noticed that my dashboard looks completely different from what is shown in your YouTube tutorials, documentation, and several walkthrough videos. It almost looks like a different application or an older version.
Could you clarify:
1. Is the free plan using a different interface than the one shown...

A: Hi,
1. The interface is the same across all plans. You're seeing different features based on your plan tier.
2. Our latest release is Brandos 3.0 with the updated interface.
3. AppSumo is tied to our Pro plan, so you have access to all Pro plan features.
4. Yes, you can connect multiple custom domains to different Brand Spaces.
Q: Does this allow plain text or links to be added?
I see that you can add many file types, but are you able to add text boxes for notes or links to sites like Google Docs that I can click right from the brand profile?

A: Yes! Brandy supports Markdown, so you can easily add plain text, formatted notes, and clickable links throughout your brand space. Just use standard Markdown syntax - for example, [link text](URL) creates a clickable link to Google Docs or any external site. You can add these notes to asset descriptions, brand guidelines, and other text fields within your brand profile.
Q: Business and/or Agency Features and Tiers not available?
I was going to grab Brandy but after seeing some reviews and questions, I am holding off.
I also, don't see them very active here and delayed responses to questions.
Is there any plan for us to be able to grab Business and Agency Tiers as lifetime deal via AppSumo real soon? Seems like it's been pending request for almost a year?

At the moment, we don’t have plans to offer Business or Agency tiers as a lifetime deal on AppSumo. Those tiers are part of our subscription model and are designed to support ongoing development and more advanced use cases.
The AppSumo plan still packs a lot of value and works well for a wide range of use cases, especially for individuals...
Do you support french?Does this plan support whitelabel sharing?Is it possible to use it for social media managment and store clients visuels and share it with them before posting ?Please let me know

We are working on full app translation feature, it will be up soon, you can use French in the app, but the core app language is only English for now. Yes, we have white label sharing, custom login portal, custom emails too. Yes, you can use it for social media content storage. You can even edit your social media posts with the Adobe Express add-on.
