We have completely refreshed the user interface of the CXDeployer and made it looking for modern and sleep. In addition:
1. In-app chat messages are now stored. Earlier, one could chat in real-time but messages were not saved. 2. In-app chat functionality is stored by each page, thereby, localized the chat messages. Therefore, communication made in the persona tab will be different from communication made in the journey map tab. Chaos and clutter is avoided 3. Integration with Freepik and iStock, so images from URLs from these websites can be added to the journey map 4. Release beta version of the Data Lane. - This is one of the big functions we are working on. Now, Quantitative data can be added to the journey map. For example, if you have data in the CSV or Excel file on various customer touchpoints, the trend of it can be displayed. There is also real-time integration with Google spreadsheet, so data from the spreadsheet can also be displayed in the journey map. So if you push data (e.g. using Zapier integration) from your apps to a Google spreadsheet, that data can be displayed in a journey map.
