Hi, I recently purchased this software and finally got around to setting it up. Ran into an issue where I could not figure something out, and the owner of the software actually hopped on a zoom with me to walk me through and get me up and running. Now that I have the software, to me, this is a no-brainer. If you are presenting any data from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Search Console, or Google Analytics, this reporting tool rocks. It is what I was looking for and although I already have a lot of different software, this one really is going to be a major time saver for me!! A must-have tool in the arsenal of any digital marketer. There are improvements to be made, but the founder is already aware of it and working on those. Good stuff!
PDF downloading didn't work for half a day but I reached out to their support via chat and they were quick to address it. Downloading could be a bit faster, it's currently taking 30 or so seconds to download a PDF report, but what it spits out is client-ready SEO/analytics reports with sentences in plain language explaining various performance of KPIs. Support told me they are also going to make the PDF downloading process faster, closer to 5 seconds, which should make it even better.
I am an in-house marketer with about 30 brands and we do dashboards for each. I purchased DataMyth to see if it could either trim the time I spend monthly, digging through Google Ads and Analytics, or come up with some interesting insights to improve our reporting. This tool actually accomplishes both. The UX could use a few improvements and I hope to see refinements to the reports but I am very VERY happy to have DataMyth in my toolbelt. I will be stacking up!
