3) Is your service cloud based (like Getresponse) or do I need to host it myself (like Sendy)? I couldn't find this info anywhere - and it's crucial for AR service like yours

If you are used to Appsumo, you may have seen that many here are not keen on separate plans specifically for Appsumo customers. I see your website has Freelancer and Business plans. Could you let us know what the relation is?
2) I guess this is aimed at transactional emails and opted in, rather than cold email. Is that correct?

Re. question 1, let me clarify. I understand the plans are linked to codes. However, they do not seemed to be linked to the plans on your website. You will probably get more sales if you link to your Starter and Business plans, rather than separate Appsumo plans.
