Q: A Desired Feature......

This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for, except for one feature I am unsure you have. Asana offers a feature to invite "guests." As far as employees go, there are 5. But there are 40 subcontractors I'd like to simply "invite" onto a project without it adding to the user limit. I can of course just send an email, but sending an e-invite for bids or inquire which sub is free for a project all within the same CRM would be so helpful! Is this a feature already? Is it one to consider/add to the roadmap?

You’ll be pleased to know that FlowyTeam already has a solution for this! You can invite clients to the Client Dashboard without impacting your user limit. Here’s how it works:
1. When you add a client to the Client Module, they will automatically receive an invite to access the Client Dashboard.
2. You can customize the modules they can access via Module Settings.
3. Once assigned to a project, the client will receive notifications whenever you update related tasks or statuses.
