Q: Add'l Payment Methods not showing up, and Add'l Salary Types needed.
Hello,
We've added PayPal, Wire Transfer, Wise and Zelle as additional Payment Methods under Payroll Settings, but those don't show up under the dropdown when configuring a team member. Only "Bank Transfer, Cash, Cheque" are the only available options.
Also, we have commissions based, and hourly employees. Commissions based employees are paid each time they make a sale, and hourly employees get paid twice a month. How can we configure these under payroll and track their payroll?

Regarding the dropdown menu: no worries, our team is already working on it. Actually, there are two sections for payment methods:
One is located under the Compensation section in the employee profile.
The other is in the Payroll section.
For the Payroll section, you’ll need to first create the payroll, save it, and then click Edit again to update the payment method. As for the employee profile section, we’ll take a closer look and update you via email.
