Q: Appointment for agents
Hi, i need a telemarketer set appointments on any agents calendar.
Is it possible for a User to set appointmnet on another agents's calendar?

Mar 9, 2026A: Hello Federica, for this one, you’ll need to enable the appropriate permissions. You can do this by adjusting the roles and permissions settings.
