A: Hello! You can absolutely invite external users, such as clients, into your workspace so they can stay in the loop. While they won’t be able to edit dashboards, they can still follow progress and collaborate by leaving comments, especially on tasks within the Project module. Client access is intentionally limited to keep things simple and secure, giving them visibility without overwhelming them.

They’ll have access to selected features, including CRM tools like Notices, Events, and Engagement; productivity tools such as Tasks, Projects, and Tickets; and essential sales and finance items like Contracts, Estimates, Invoices, Payments, Products, and Appointments.
