Q: Can you clarify who is a "user"?
Are "users" the same as admin? Or do employees count in this number as well? I saw that clients are not in this number, but was curious about employees?
Also, can this connect to multiple sites/businesses, just one at a time?

In our system, "users" refer to anyone who is registered under your company in your FlowyTeam account. This includes both admins and employees. To determine the total number of users you have, you can refer to the employee records in your account.
Regarding connecting to multiple sites or businesses, your FlowyTeam account can be switched to other business accounts. You can use the linked account function in our system to manage multiple sites or businesses
