Hi Mike, under the appsumo deal you get 10 users, but you always add users in the system.

What does add users mean? Is that admin users who can manage clients or is that the amount of people you can manage in a team as an admin user? Can you be clear about this?
Also, is there a cost in adding users?

users can be admin or any role you define for them. If you want to add users in the system, the monthly fees starts at USD3.33.
