Q: What does 10 users mean: 10 employees, or 10 clients, or 10 workspaces?

I manage 4 unrelated small businesses and have 5 assistants/employees total. In one business, I have 10 clients; in the second business, I have 25 clients. I also need to interact with my clients via video call, both in a group and individually. Is there group communication as well as individual communication available via chat? Also, does it have a Kanban task view with easy movable tasks between columns? Thank you

To clarify, “10 users” refers to internal users, your employees or assistants who will have full access to all system modules. Clients are considered external users and are unlimited, so you can manage as many as needed across your businesses.

Regarding communication:

Yes, the system supports 1-on-1 messaging and includes an appointment feature within the client dashboard and usual dashboards.

Users and Clients can book appointments with any available employee.

The appointment feature integrates with Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Calendar, making scheduling and video calls smooth and flexible.

As for task management, we offer a Kanban view with drag-and-drop functionality, along with task list and calendar views so you can switch between them based on your preference.
