Overpromises but Underdelivers

I have been using Flowyteams for over a year now. Purchased highest tier in last sale.

AI has not worked once. Support is useless.

Also navigating between OKR, KPIs, Task board are not easy. Creating these are a hassle. Slows down my work efficiency. Has not brought me value for what I spent.

And now I see I have a lifetime employee countdown. What is this? Why is it there? I don’t know.

I am thinking about trying out the more commonplace platforms like Notion if several of my concerns are not solved.

It has great potential if it works well. But after a year of no visible improvements in my workflow from platform side, I am not hopeful for improvements

Just doesn't work and very shoddy support.

My team and I were excited to jump in, but almost immediately there were issues with uploading CSV's and it amounted to a member of my team having to manually add data that should have been able to be imported smoothly.

After putting in a help ticket and waiting a few days the answer was "send us the files." LOL. Um, no. How about you make your tool work so we don't need to send you the files each time.

By contrast I was also having an issue with another AppSumo product and I was able to send an email (not a help ticket) and got a response within an hour.

We ended up going with Monday.com, and sure we'll pay a little more, but at least we know it'll work.

My rec is to stay far away from Flowy Team. This product is not ready for prime time and the tech support and their ticketing system is just bad.

Zero Support

I've had nothing but issues with Flowy and have not yet been able to fully utilize it since I purchased it quite some time ago. Glitches and roadblocks keep me from being able to use the app as I need it. Especially when trying to correct clock in and out times for keeping track on employee hours. Without this feature functioning properly, I can't use the most important feature to me. I've reached out to support numerous times with no help. I have yet to have anyone assist me. I wish I figured out how poor the app and the support was before the refund window closed. I specifically came onto AppSumo to search up this app because someone I follow online swore by it's effectiveness. Unfortunately I'll never know because I can't get the app to function on my end. If the support team can't even reach out to a paid customer, I can't imaging why I'd spend more money or bother to refer this app to anyone else.
