Excited about the product, NOT Hearing a word from support for a week
I am excited to implement FlowyTeam in my practice. Looks like an excellent product for employees, team and company management and performance tracking. We have been looking for something like this for a while. However, I have to say the support is not great or responsive in a timely manner. Only option for immediate help is an AI chat.
I just purchased 2 codes. I activated one and can't find a way to activate the other. I have reached out to support by opening a ticket and even emailing Dirk twice over a week and no response. Quite disappointed with this lack of support for an excellent product. Hopefully they can address this issue.
