Q: Do we have to have a subscription account to ask support questions?
Whenever I try to email support, they say I don't have a valid subscription. I'm testing out the API key, and it says on the website that "you can start for free." And I had a question about an error I saw using the API key... But is the support on a free account not able to be given? I was trying to see if this would be a valid solution for me if I could test out the key and it worked, I would purchase it. But I keep going back and forth with the support agent, and it's getting nowhere because I do not have a "valid subscription on an email id"
A: You registered as a paid customer, which is not permissible for free users. Our support team has provided you with the URL for signing up for a free account. where you can test anything, including APIs. I would request you to please visit https://in.sharemyimage.com/knowledge-base and test our apis with sharex.
I tried that link and it says the account has been suspended. And I was reporting as a free user the API is broken. How can we test things out to see if it is a good fit if we can not get support on something that should be working? It doesn’t make sense for us to pay AppSumo $99 to only ask for help on something that should be working. Should I pay the $99 then ask for a refund?
Q: Use in the Blog Post.
Hi, before I can proceed, just wanted to ask a few things:
1. When I add the photo to my blog, the bandwidth will be calculated from my website or from your server?
2. How can I write altertext on the photo?
Looking forward to your reply before making the decision.

I was trying to report a bug with your API and got the email back from your team:
Support is only for paid users only. Your account is now banned.

So for that reason, I can't support this as a taco I would purchase.
