But asked to contact via Support. However, when I confronted them via support, they stated that it was not possible.
It is even more frustrating to realize that this feature actually exists, but they do not want us to use it. ShareMyImage is essentially a self-hosted, white-label version of https://chevereto.com, and Chevereto offers image conversion via URL through an API. However, the admin can disable or enable this feature from the backend. Unfortunately, ShareMyImage Team has decided to keep it disabled.
I wish they could have simply enabled it, making their tool more useful for use cases like integration with SpreadSimple or any similar tools that use Google Spreadsheet as a backend.
Sadly, I have to refund this tool because support denied offering any alternative workaround.

Can you please fully address this users question here? I'd like the response to be visible to AppSumo, and ALL SumoLings. No need to contact support for a simple answer. This is why this forum is here, please use it accordingly.
Simply answer the users question here, so we all can know the answer. If not, I believe I'll be returning my product as well. Just scrolling through the recent questions since I purchased, is making me want to return this.
I highly suggest being transparent and answer any open questions your customers/future buyers ask, in a timely manner. Sending users to support for basic inquiries is not a good business practice.
