With the appsumo lifetime deal you have the same features as our Professional plan (currently theres a 1000 item limit per store but it will be raised to 1500 later this week)

The difference between the Professional and the Agency plan is that with the former you can manage a single store (its name and url can be changed at any time btw) and with the latter (agency) you can offer a Kiripp-like solution under your own brand and domain, managing your own users, each subscribing to you.

Q: Hello, can you limit delivery to specific countries?

Can you limit delivery to specific cities within that country? A restaurant, for example, should be able to serve only concrete and specific cities. Also, It would be interesting to be able to configure different shipping costs depending on the country or city of destination.

Currently there is no way to limit ordering based on location, however a delivery radius can be set, and in the generated order it is specified if the delivery address is inside\outside that radius. I agree additional delivery options would be great and will be added in a future update.

2.This deal is for a lifetime Professional plan account.

3. The agency plan is a white label service for offering a Kiripp-like service with custom branding, unfortunately it is not available via code stacking.

1. The checkout process is completed from inside the web application, WhatsApp is used in the last step only if WhatsApp mode is selected by the store. If for example Email mode is selected WhatsApp is not used at all (also, WhatsApp isn't used if a payment provider mode is selected)

Q: Hi, I own a small grocery store in Germany and i want to offer our customers an online option.

But I have few questions in my mind to clear out before I commit to your product.

1. Can I offer a Per Kg price and your software will calculate the ordered kilos with their respective totals automatically? For example 1.5Kg?

2. Can I offer time and day of „pick-up service“? And with that can I option out or uncheck the delivery service because I don’t need it at the moment?

3. I don’t mean no offense but once I run my store on your site will there be any guarantee that your site won’t go down for good? This happens with many Startups and they don’t deliver what they have promised, including updates and bug fixes and this causes major inconvenience to stores like mime. Sorry if I have been too straight forward😬. I just need that peace of mind.

Thanks for your interest.

1. It is possible to add item variations bu for your application I think better option would be to simply add a product (for example 1kg or rice), and your user can order 3 times that product for 3kgs. By the way it yes calculates the totals automatically.

2. You can specify opening times, so that it would be possible to order only within the schedule you set. It's also possible to manually turn off/on pick up and delivery options and set a message for your client with those details if you operate on whatsapp mode.

3. I understand your concern, no worries 😁 This product was launched awhile ago and it's still being updated frecuently. Kiripp's main source of profit comes not from here but from our various subscribers around the world, and i honestly can't see it going down for the foresseable future since it's been profitable for over a year at this point. 4. We do have a white label service for agencies, but unfortunately it's not available here on AppSumo. I saw in other reply that you are located in Italy. Are you GDPR compliant? Why there are no contact details (company name, address of your business, email and phone) on your website nor GDPR regulation?
2. Could this be translated into Czech?
3. I understand you do not offer agency plan. However if I bring you clients who would choose one of your paid plans, would you pay me a commission on monthly basis?

All of our users private information is protected by industry standard practices and it's not sold nor shared with any third parties. You can check out our privacy policy here: https://info.kiripp.com/privacy/. We'll look into additional requirements and update the information pages if needed.
We may add Czech translation, however we use machine translation software which may need corrections by a native speaker. Please write us to info@kiripp.com if you are willing to help.
Our referral program will be available soon to all seller and customers accounts. We're still working out the commission terms, most probably it will be a one time payment per referral.

- 1 code gets 1 lifetime store (store name and url can be personalized at any time)
- Custom domain via CNAME entry is available
- The app is web based, no app download is required. Here's a demo store: https://kiripp.com/pizzeria-pontevecchio
- We'll soon add the option for simultaneous email notification even on WhatsApp or SMS modes.
- Indian cities are supported, you can check out our current map implementation by making a dummy order from our demo store.
- Currently Stripe, PayPal and Mercado Pago are supported, we may add additional payment processors based on demand and API compatibility.
- Only one WhatsApp number can be used at any given time for WhatsApp ordering per store, this number can be changed at any time.

Shipping/delivery charge is customizable for delivery orders, it shows up in the checkout screen when delivery is selected. There's also a store description field which shows right under the store header, it can be seen in our store demos such as this one:

Yes, WhatsApp, SMS and Email ordering modes allow buyers to complete orders without going trough any payment processor. Payment processor integrations (Paypal, Stripe and Mercado Pago) are optional. Please check the demo stores in Kiripp's homepage for ordering mode examples.

Currently there's no inventory management in Kiripp but it's in our internal wishlist, it will be available some time in the future.

Yes there's the option to mark a product as unavailable. When doing so, the produst shows in the front end store, but it's greyed out and it cannot be purchased, for example:

In the above demo store, the item Pizza napoli is unavailable to buy.

When item is unavailable, only way to make it purchasable is by marking it manually as available.

Currently this deal is a lifetime deal for our Professional plan, it currently has a limit of 500 products and 200 categories.
As we further optimize our store code this limit will be raised, right now a store even with 500 items loads in under 2 seconds on most instances. This limit is in place in order to assure optimal store loading performance (currently all store items load at once)

1 & 2. Currently we're not offering a lifetime deal for Agency plan. Such plan in its current form require a serious commitment from our part (hosting in a dedicated server, priority support, maintenance, updates), for this reason a monthly subscription type plan is what makes more sense for us. We keep on improving the platform and additional features will be available in future updates, all these updates apply both our regular and agency customers.

Right now the store front end is available in spanish.

Mexican Peso is also fully supported as a currency with our recently introduced PayPal mode (to accept payments over checkout)

The control panel and dashboard is currently available in english only, but it'll be availabe in spanish in a future update.

Q: I find this app fantastic.

However I have a few questions:

1) can I make sure that whoever places an order from a mobile phone does it via whatsapp and whoever places it from the web does it via email?

2) can the customer choose the day and time of delivery or pickup?

3) can I have 2 delivery areas with 2 different rates?

Thanks! Here are the responses in the same order as yours:
1) Right now any selected store mode (WhatsApp, SMS, Email or PayPal) applies to all purchases, mobile or desktop. All modes work on all devices (with the exception of SMS mode which needs a mobile device to work, WhatsApp mode works on desktop devices via WhatsApp web application).
2) There is no time/date selection on checkout, we plan to add that feature in a future update. Right now there is a "notes" field in the checkout form to get additional user/order info
3) No, the platform only allows a single delivery area and fee.
