Great question. At the moment, Kona managers can manage one team (with an unlimited amount of direct reports per team.) For example, a Director of Sales with 3 team leads under them would count as 3 teams.
We like to do this to improve trust in the tool, since teammates can often be more honest with one another and may get shyer in large groups.
Q: Can you share links to your roadmap and customer feedback for integrations?

A: Hi there!
We're still building out our Kona Wiki on Notion that'll describe these, so I don't have a link for you just yet. However, happy to answer these questions myself!
Regarding our roadmap, our vision is that Kona will be the analytics platform and culture engine for scaling remote team best practices. We're actively building out habits, like Red-Yellow-Green, to help remote managers...
I’m Corine, co-founder of 🐶 Kona. Sid, Andrew, and I started working on this in October 2019 as students at UCLA. We love remote work, so we interviewed 500+ remote leaders to learn what makes it so hard. Even with the pandemic, managers always mentioned the difficulty of building trust and relationships.
Kona is our response to the isolation and lack of emotional connection on remote teams....
