We're still building out our Kona Wiki on Notion that'll describe these, so I don't have a link for you just yet. However, happy to answer these questions myself!

Regarding our roadmap, our vision is that Kona will be the analytics platform and culture engine for scaling remote team best practices. We're actively building out habits, like Red-Yellow-Green, to help remote managers lead with empathy without having to break their workflow. We're starting with gamifying data collection and adding a layer of actionability, so managers can get team insights and respond in real-time.

For integrations, Slack and Google Calendar are only the beginning. We plan to have a full web-based dashboard with integrations across major remote tools (ie. Jira, Trello, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Asana, etc.) The idea is to add emotional visibility and empathy to every corner of remote work and help teams work together better!
