A: Hello, 1. We don't have a specific sorting feature based on skill fit, but you can filter applicants based on their answers. 2. Yes, you can add custom fields to the application form and filter resumes based on these fields. 3. On the candidate page, you can add any event, including a meeting URL and description (passcode or notes), and seamlessly integrate it with your calendar
or in the future. I need to translate the careers site in spanish and japanese. is it posible? it would be also cool to have a signature /(contract. pdf) feature. is it on the roadmap?

A: You can translate (change the text) the careers site into one language. Regarding the signature/contract PDF feature, we appreciate the suggestion, but we cannot confirm its availability in the in the lifetime plan.
A: LessHire does not have integrated job boards. However, you can publish your job openings to Google Jobs or share the apply link on any job boards you prefer.
