but I can not access the product. I put in my name, my email and the code, that was it. the screen went away then I was given a login screen. I don't have a username or a password to enter. I got order confirmation from app sumo but nothing from your company. I can not access the product. please respond., the user name field only allows me to enter numbers, 1, 2, 3 etc. thank you
