Pinflux - Best Pinterest Marketing and Automation Tool Reviews

I had high hopes for this solution because the use case is a big need on the Pinterest platform, but I was quickly disappointed. Here are my issues:
1) Installation is a nightmare. Well, maybe it's not a nightmare, but the installation process is at least a decade old in functionality. Quirky, relying on a no longer supported .net file (so another requirement for you to source and install), and little info - certainly a far cry from web apps.
2) It only works on PC's.
3) Connecting Pinterest accounts should be intuitive, and it is as long as you don't manage a business account. There is probably a way to do this, but there is an incomplete knowledge base, and emails went unanswered (except automated ones that told me support would be back with me).
It never worked for me, so I can't respond to the functionality. This app looks like someone built it, "updated it," and then stopped supporting innovation or use. I'll be getting a refund.

I have been using this product for a few months now and in my opinion it works very well. It performs exactly as stated with loads of functions and features. I am therefore happy to give it 5 tacos without any reservations.

I purchased this software specifically to follow and unfollow other Pinterest accounts. It simply does not work. First of all, you cannot exit out of the program with the Windows X button. You either have to press the "Exit" button at the bottom of the software screen, or crash it within programs.

Also, I set up both the follow and unfollow to auto. It only works when you start the program. (It seemed to not function if I left the program running.) When you do that, it will follow someone. The next time I exit out and run the software again, it will unfollow the exact same person. It is advertised that you unfollow people after x number of days.

As for the rest of the program, the UI is difficult and not intuitive for mass pinners. The Pin tab (to find stuff on the web) brings back low-quality and spammy images. It brought back like 90% etsy pins. I am not interested in promoting other people's etsy accounts. Repinning is better, except, like what I said above, it will only pin something once you exit and restart the program. It also won't pull all the pin information, so I had to do a lot of typing about what was in the pin.

Also, you have no idea what is in the overall queue (that is, if the queue actually worked).

Overall, it appeared as though this program wants you to hijack other people's viral pins and superimpose your links. Low quality, spam.

I usually dont abide by buying from Tenikforce but this is one of their more decent products

After testing this software over a period of time (purchased April 2022), I am finally leaving a review.

Here are my observations in chronological order:

1. At first, I was very excited about the UI. It seemed to work as advertised and continues to do so far.

2. The download to my Windows OS was not preferable, as I change devices based on my portable needs. However, it was a great alternative to monthly subscriptions, so it was a concession I was willing to make.

3. The time to full implementation took me about 10 days (30-45 minute sessions). I am not a developer, so I tend to read all the details before engaging if I am taking on new software ventures myself.

4. My audience has sensitive needs, and I wanted to ensure my site would not be penalized. It has not been so far.

5. The repin and scheduling features were my main needs. I don't mind spending a few hours/days setting it up if automation needed only minor tweaking (less than 1 hour per week) was needed to keep it going.

6. The unadvertised and unexpected bonus is that I was able to conduct some research to target posts. I launched another initiative that gained immediate traction based on my findings (targeting, key phrases, etc); so for that alone, it was worth the investment. I like data science for my breakfast cereal, so this was very good for such a product.

Overall, I wish it was available without putting my computer and social account at risk, but it is only for one brand account. I don't use it much as I could, simply because I manage most of my social accounts on the go by a portable device not suited for this download.

If I were managing more than one brand using this software, I would look at different alternatives.
