The product itself is great but the customer service is the most disappointing service and brings down the Taco score.

I purchased 5 codes for this service to get the unlimited websites. Submitted them to the email address listed, received a response weeks later letting me know it was applied, go to use the license and it is only set for 1 license. I have been trying for about 2 or 3 months to get in touch with their customer service to correct this issue to only receive automated responses that they would get in touch. I have not heard from anyone and that is disappointing.

I have tried to find contact info on their website that was different from what was listed here and it all leads back to the same place.

The app is great, customer service is disappointing.

I stacked five codes for the unlimited sites deal, so I had to send an email to support stating all the codes. By doing this, they could manually upgrade my account.

Guess what? The company's customer service seems nonexistent. After sending several emails, I still haven't heard back. I've given them 30 days to respond to my concerns, but I think I can conclude that this company is not for me if they don't have a support team.

I purchased a full-stack of both the Brindle QuickPop plugin and the Brindle Booking plugin. Following the redemption instructions, I emailed Megan to stack the codes for both plugins into an unlimited license. After more than 6 support requests via their support page and emails to Megan over the period of over a month—crickets. No response other than an out-of-office message that says they are on vacation Sept 3-13 (it's Nov 7).

I was looking forward to using both plugins on my websites, but with no support whatsoever, installing these plugins on a production website is risky.

After multiple support tickets, an email and a message to their Facebook page - 3 weeks and still no response. Just atrocious.

Plugin has minimal integrations so unless you have Mailchimp, it's pointless.

No way to stop it popping up constantly if you use a click-through button instead of a email signup. If there is - I would know if they replied to any of my support tickets.

Annoyed it's now out of the refund period.

Two tacos purely because it was otherwise easy to set up even though I can't use it.

The plugin itself is quite good, not the best out there but for the price I can't complain.

I haven't heard back from support, I've contacted them twice for 2 different queries and it has been over a week.

The account management side of things is confusing at best, and I still haven't managed to make scroll triggered pop ups work - there is nothing in the documentation about this despite mention of the functionality on their site.

Overall, it's a good price especially as I've full stacked. Just hope that my queries can be resolved, and this will be a 4-4.5 star plugin.
