I've tried so many personal productivity trackers off AppSumo, and the irony is that Rize is the best one I've found.
I had been waiting for the Windows version of Rize for months, and it finally came out within a year. I'm so excited about this release because it's made me realize what a tremendous difference it can make in my productivity.
The user interface is smooth to use, and they regularly update with new features. The focus mode is my new Pomodoro timer—I love that I can save time by realizing which activities are distracting me and then re-focusing on those times instead!
I also can't believe how many details you've tracked about my web browsing habits or how many levels of detail there are in general—it's super helpful. I just wish there were more features to help me figure out what other things I should be tracking!
If you're like me and don't have a lot of time for things like tracking your time, then this app is definitely worth checking out!
The more time I spend with this app, the more amazed I am by its capabilities. I didn't think I'd leave a review because I'm just lazy, but then I figured since the app is still here, maybe it'll help someone still on the fence. Because you will regret it if you don't grab it. Especially when you're a huge procrastinator like me.
I have been using rise for a few weeks and it is a life changer. I get more work done, I can. see when I drift.I take more breaks, Its like having a performance manager by your side.
Rize was a great purchase on Appsumo. Here are my thoughts.
1. The first post by founders, Will and Macgill is outdated now. I am using Rize on Windows, and it's great! I am looking forward to a Linux version, too. 2. I don't know how often Rize pushes out updates and new features, but it's awesome. 3. They just pushed out a new Sessions dashboard with a focus timer, much like pomodoros. You can break down your focus statistics per pomodoro, now. 4. They are VERY friendly, positive and responsive on the discord channel. 5. Like most of the products on sale here, it's early days for the company. Are there tracking solutions that have more features? Absolutely. Otoh, I really like where they are going and the pace at which they are working to get there.

Great time tracker
Great tracker, has got some good improvements since I got it.
For me, it replaced rescuetime, hoping it will be able to replace Toggl in the future.
It does have the option to track the time on a project by project basis so that could work for most cases.
