I purchased 2 codes for my own website and have been trying it out. For my employer today, I enrolled in the free-trial. I'm noticing that lately, for both my own website's siteguru account and also today for the free trial for my employer (both sites hosted differently), SiteGuru takes quite awhile to begin the crawl. i.e. I can take forever for it to move from "Crawl 1 page found..." to then finally starting to actually crawl the site. I've seen delays of 30 minutes to an hour before it even really starts. Can you please speak to why it's taking so long to even begin the crawl? . Do you give less crawl priority to those on a 14-day free trial and those who purchased appsumo lifetime deals? Thanks - otherwise I'm very pleased overall so far.
On all plans you have unlimited audits. Here, if I understand correctly, it's per pages. If my website has 500 pages, I scan it once and that's it, we can't scan it next week?
No, it's a much better deal. If your website has 500 pages, we scan those 500 automatically on a weekly basis. On top of that, you can audit those pages as often as you like.
That's excellent news, thank you! Rick, for the internal link suggestions feature that we need to pay an additional $29/month, I think that's a bit too much. A one time payment or $10/month is more reasonable. I hope you will reconsider it.
We can't afford to keep our servers humming to provide you with internal link suggestions for a $10 payment, so sorry, we can't do that.
Q: Crawler Issue
I notice that the crawler isn't waiting for the entire page to load before it does its analysis, GoogleBot does. To put this in perspective, I am using nextJS with SSR and it detects the loading title because it doesn't wait long enough (or doesn't let the Javascript load). Is this something you are aware of?
A: Hi there! If you purchase an extra Plan 3, you get 3 x 500 pages extra. You can choose if you want to apply 500 extra pages to each of your 3 sites, or 1500 to one site.
A: We’re working on upgrading the crawler so it supports TLS1.3. Meanwhile, it’s normally pretty easy to enable TLS 1.2 support on your site, which is not a bad idea anyway.

Nope, we don’t prioritize different subscriptions. They all end up in the same queue, and sometimes that queue is a bit longer than other times.

Q: If I go with Plan 3, Can I scan sites of up to 1500 pages? Or is it still 500 pages for each of the three sites?
