Since we are a Bangladeshi company. Most of our customers text to us in Bangla. But socialnowa does not render it accurately. Making it hard for us to understand the text. Secondly whenever I press enter after typing a text. it doesn't send the text to the customer as it should like all the other messaging platforms, rather it just reloads the page. This is a hectic problem as we are all used to sending text by pressing the enter button.
