Q: Is there a portal for customers to check the status of their repairs?

Also, ever consider making the word "repairs" optional? I would like it to say "orders."

A: Great questions.

We have an app on the roadmap (>6 months), this will allow easier access to the dashboards for both user and client.
We have found; simply informing clients they will be notified by email when their repair is done has been sufficient.

We will review this as a team.

Regarding naming:
It's funny you mention this. This was a hot button issue when deciding nomenclature.
No plans yet to make it "optional" but like all of these comments, we discuss what we need to focus on in order of importance, always know... you can sign up for a free account to test the system at your leisure before committing to this great LTD deal.
