Out of dare. Almost no support
Comparing to many other competitors available on the market it seems like a product from ten years ago.
Another critical factor is almost non existent support.
I had older products from this company but in the meantime the quality of support has dramatically changed for worse.
Even getting a welcome email after purchasing on appsumo took a few days.

I really wanted The Graphicd Creator, but ...
It's old. The UI is very clunky. Feels like desktop software from the 2,000s.
Moving between functions was awful.
But the biggest problem is it's just outdated with newer apps.

They Will Not Send Welcome Email-Don't BUY!
This really deserves minis (-) five tacos. Never had such an impossible onboarding experience. A day ago, I bought this deal. Waited for an hour. No "Welcome" email that has the login details to get acces to the product.
I emailed their support, no response.
I emailed AppSumo support; they came back some time later, I'm on the Plus + plan so I get priority support, and AS support wanted to know if it was okay to use my name, and email when they contact the Developers.
I said YES.
In the meantime, I found another deal that was cheaper and just as good of a replacement, so I 'snapied' it up. Redeemed it, and got immediate access.
I then refunded this worthless deal..
Bottom line: I save $10 and a lot of email frustration.
I strongly recommend that you do not buy this product...but give it a go, maybe they may have woken up.

Extremely Slow... Automate your business with Automation Software Found on AppSumo
I purchased this on June 02, went through the redemption link got no response for days. Sent an email to the email I found in the reviews with other people having issues.
Finally got a response saying pretty much to be patient and watch some tutorial videos. I bought Laughingbird software way back in the day I believe it was Logo Design or Flash Ad Creator Software on CD or maybe downloadable? I think that was faster than this. LaughingBirdSoftware needs to buy some automation software on AppSumo and automate its redemption process... get with the times.
