Q: Before I leave a review I am wanting to know why my support requests all of a sudden stopped getting replies.
I have been trying to get my account fixed since Dec 30. Got a quick reply on Dec 30 from my initial requests and now all of a sudden, we are 5 messages from me in 7 days and no responses any longer after I answered the initial request. Very disappointed with the high ratings from other reviews. Maybe they were paid to review the product? Not sure, but I have a legitimate license and this experience getting help on an issue from the software provider is miserable.

Edited Jan 7, 2025A: Hi. Really sorry to hear about this issue. It happened a few times that an antispam filter was triggered when it shouldn't have been. Especially when people were sending several messages in a row to the same ticket. Please either create a new ticket or let me know here what was the previous one (number) and you will get an instant response.
Again, sorry for the caused inconvenience. I can see that your ticket has been found and your request has been fulfilled.

Just to let you know. I have logged in and the issue is still unresolved. I have sent another support request and hopefully there are no more "technical issues" with replying after so many days of waiting.
I can see that your account was upgraded correctly. Maybe you have several accounts?
