Q: GDPR-compliance
You write that this is GDPR-compliant. I would think that would require data processing agreements and that server data (screenshots especially) should be located on servers within the EU. It might also in some cases require even more as screenshots potentially could contain sensitive data around clients health.
What do you do to make the software GDPR-compliant?

Oct 2, 2024A: The GDPR requires that organizations must store and process personal data within the EU or in countries that provide an adequate level of data protection. We do follow this requirement and take all measures to safeguard personal data, utilizing all available resources and technologies.
There also needs to be a DPA agreement in place for it to be compliant. How do I get that? Plus, you need to be registered with the US Trade Commission with regards to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and I can't find you on the list.
Hi, can you provide more information on where data ist processed and stored (whether within EU or not)? I find your solution very appealing but would have to make sure that we can tick our GDPR boxes before moving forward.
Hi. Your data will be stored within the EU.
