I found out that the hourly rate and costs have to be setup at the project level, which is not compliant with our activities. We are providing school support and a project will mainly be a child, the client will be the parents and the task will be the type of school sessions we are providing. Therefore, depending on the session (one to one, 2 children at the same time, onsite or remote ...), the rate and the cost may differ from one task to another. Is there any plan to integrate this functionality in a future release?
Otherwise, this is a great piece of software, probably the best I have ever tried on Appsumo to cover my needs. Congratulations for the good work ;-)

May 15, 2024A: Thank you! We are indeed planning to improve the functionality related to rates and costs. We'll try to have rates for tasks as well. Meanwhile, you can add a custom field (Settings > Timesheets) to use it for task costs.
