Q: How is this GDPR-compliant?
I don't understand how this tool is GDPR-compliant when almost all European privacy regulations are violated by constantly monitoring employees at every opportunity. Is there a reason why this tool is still considered GDPR-compliant? Can it be used in Europe legally?

GDPR doesn't forbid employee monitoring. It's absolutely legal. Otherwise, surveillance cameras and all types of electronic check in systems would be banned too.
