Julian_WolfQ: I just saw a question about the screenshot-quality and the fair thought that storage is difficult for a LTD.
So why not uploading the screenshots to a personal FTP?
I guess it should not really be a problem to allow users to define an FTP and then, instead of saving the screenshots just move them to the FTP. There is benefits for bouth sides: You save storage and users can use theire own storage. And in addition it´s also an improvement on the data-privacy.

FTP is rather slow and it will not suit to upload screenshots quickly and then download them again for displaying in the Insight sections along with the rest of the data. We will think about some API or other ways to download and backup screenshots to allow capturing them more frequently and in higher quality.
