hi there, we have an issue with the tracker. Everything works great, but the only thing that is a bit of an issue is that sometimes when they turn of the computer the tracker continues to track which all a suddens let someone have like 16 hours on the tracker instead of 4 for example. How do we solve this? ANd what is the timeline for solving this?
