I love this tool and rarely hit any feature limits. Recently I tried setting the screenshot Frequency to 1 min and Retention to 365 days at https://abc.trackabi.com/settings/time-tracking, but it asked me to upgrade. Andriy always says the lifetime plan includes “pretty much everything” per https://appsumo.com/products/marketplace-trackabi/, but saying there are “a few restrictions” without listing them doesn’t tell us what we don’t get.

Please provide a clear list of what lifetime users do get vs what we don’t? Also, how can we enable this feature? Is it a free upgrade or paid? And please stop with the ambiguous nonsense; save that for marketing. Here, people value their time.
