Q: Potential security issues
I signed up and noticed a couple of potential security issues. Please answer the following questions to help us better understand your security policies?
1. Do you have publicly available security policies? If so, please provide links.
2. Where can we find information about Trackabi's commitment to security and data protection?
3. When will MFA/2FA methods be supported?
4. What are your policies and technical controls regarding Apploye employee access to customer data, specifically screenshots and activity logs?
5. When screenshots are deleted by the user or management, are they actually permanently removed from the system?
6. Do you offer options to blur screenshots when sensitive information is found?

Sep 10, 2025A: 1. We do, in the website footer you can find links to DPA, terms, etc.
2. We don't provide any details about particular solutions we use to enhance security and safety of data, but we do a lot for that.
3. This is in our todo list. We will announce it once it's ready.
4. We of course don't have any policies regarding Apploye employee access to customer data :-)
5. Screenshots are deleted for real.
6. There is no blur option.
