With Plan 1, how often will the tracker take screenshots?

Aw. I want the interval to be shorter. I currently create videos for everything I do for clients, and then I add the time from the videos. I'm trying to get away from that, so I'd want screenshots every 1 or 2 minutes. I have three monitors, and I don't want the other two being screenshot, and I saw in a previous answer that limiting the screenshot to one/active monitor is not possible.

It's possible to purchase an extra pack to have screenshots every minute. However, our application captures screenshots of all screens.
