I have been using apploye before trackabi. And it takes regular screenshots sometimes 2 or 3 in a 5 minute slot. I have just started using trackabi. And it seems trackabi takes alot less screenshots. Also if the remote person is idle, it does NOT take any screenshots, so there is NO EVIDENCE to show them that the screen was on the same screen for a VERY LONG TIME. With apploye I can show them that the screen has not moved and on the screenshot I can show them the timer. Accountability is everything. Can this be fixed. With the screenshot why can it not be maximised to full screen. I am old, and I need to make it bigger. Also where can I find videos on how to use the software, I am sure the software is good, but after using it for an hour, I am more confused than anything else.

Oct 5, 2024A: On an AppSumo plan, you can make screenshots approximately every 5 minutes. If you use the automated tracking, when the person is idle his timer is paused automatically and the time isn't counted so making screenshots during the idle time makes no sense, you will see there were no activity anyway.
