Screenshot is stored just for 1 day. This defeats the purpose. Is there any way to ensure that it is saved for a longer period?

Is there a way to see all the tasks in one place? Ideally there would be a tab for tasks where all the tasks from the various projects would be collected in one place. This would allow the software to function as a task management system.
