- I have a regular inflow and outflow of new employees (VA's), if I buy the 25 users license can I change out my users as I need to or do I need to buy new blocks of licenses when I run out of the original 25 users?
- I have been trying to get my account fixed since Dec 30. Got a quick reply on Dec 30 from my initial requests and now all of a sudden, we are 5 messages from me in 7 days and no responses any longer after I answered the initial request. Very disappointed with the high ratings from other reviews. Maybe they were paid to review the product? Not sure, but I have a legitimate license and this experience getting help on an issue from the software provider is miserable.
