I love this tool and rarely hit any feature limits. Recently I tried setting the screenshot Frequency to 1 min and Retention to 365 days at https://abc.trackabi.com/settings/time-tracking, but it asked me to upgrade. Andriy always says the lifetime plan includes “pretty much everything” per https://appsumo.com/products/marketplace-trackabi/, but saying there are “a few restrictions” without listing them doesn’t tell us what we don’t get. Please provide a clear list of what lifetime users do get vs what we don’t? Also, how can we enable this feature? Is it a free upgrade or paid? And please stop with the ambiguous nonsense; save that for marketing. Here, people value their time.
Hubstaff has this great thing where they can tell you how much someone worked in the span of 10 minutes based on a combination of clicks and keys entered and maybe some other trackable mechanism. For example, if someone is working, it may show "83% of 10 minutes". But if they don't, it may show "3% of 10 minutes". This is a critical thing to know if someone is working or not. I am using your app, but I don't have a sense of whether someone is working or not and how much or how well they are working. Is this something that is in the pipeline? Critical imho.
