A: 1) can the users delete screenshots?

By default, they can, but you can disable that ability in the account settings. Note, that even if they delete a screenshot, you will see a black box instead of screenshot indicated that something has been deleted.

2) what is the minimum period of no activity before the program deemed the user inactive? I suggest 5 minutes

It can be changed in the settings, from 1 t 15 minutes.

3) once the user is deemed inactive, will the timer stop?

Yes, if the app is in the Smart Time Tracking mode (default), the timer wil stop automatically.

4) can we track URL now?

We track window titles including browser tabs titles, but not URLs at this time.

5) do I have the ability to track every 5 minutes?

Sorry, not sure if I understand the question. Track exactly what? All titles mentioned above are recorded.

6) when will the multiscreen tracking function be available?

Sorry, we are still working on it, but it should be released very soon.

7) screenshot resolution - has it been improved to the extent that I can use the screen shoot to identify missed billable hours.

Sorry, not sure if I understand how you would like to do that?

8) how easy is it for my users to start the program in the morning?

The best way is to put the computer in sleep mode and then once it's woken up in the morning the app will continue counting time. Otherwise, they can add the app in system autoload but will have to start the timer manually in the morning. We are planning to add timer autostart soon.

9) if I buy 2 codes, does it mean that I can apply it to the same account and double my account limit?

Every new code increases the user limit to another 25 users.

10) when can we start tracking multiple screens? Windows 10 & Windows 11.
