A: They are in the Insights section. Click on an employee and check the Screenshots tab. If there are no screenshots, make sure they are enabled in the settings and your team is using the desktop app.

I’d like to track time directly from GitHub issues and have those issues populate the “Work Performed” field. I love this tool and rarely hit any feature limits. Recently I tried setting the screenshot Frequency to 1 min and Retention to 365 days at https://abc.trackabi.com/settings/time-tracking, but it asked me to upgrade. Andriy always says the lifetime plan includes “pretty much everything” per https://appsumo.com/products/marketplace-trackabi/, but saying there are “a few restrictions” without listing them doesn’t tell us what we don’t get. Please provide a clear list of what lifetime users do get vs what we don’t? Also, how can we enable this feature? Is it a free upgrade or paid? And please stop with the ambiguous nonsense; save that for marketing. Here, people value their time.
