I absolutely love this app, all employees are much happier with it than the last software I was using.

Pros
- Great way to see daily stats of employees work
- Gives a breakdown of apps used
- Has screenshots letting you allow your employees to delete them if you want for privacy
- Leave/Vacation requests and tracking
- Fast and reliable software, no crashes since I started using it
- Cool clock idle reminder and most of the default settings are great out of the box to get you going

Cons
- As a user mentioned, the app tracking could be more granular, rating things for productivity; right now, it says 86% Chrome, but that could mean anything; someone could be reading Forbes the entire day and listed as productive.
- Hours worked goal is only one time for the entire company. If you have part-time and full-time employees it makes no sense your prompting people to aim for 8 hours.
- Roadmap on site needs an update, using some roadmap software or something for some user ability to rate new features

- Personal pet peeve - calendar is in date #'s would me nice to have M, T, W etc for Monthly / weekly so I can easily see and associate with the day of the week

Aside from these small pet peeves, I think this is fantastic software and I really hope the devs keep working on it and building out things like URL tracking and maybe a productive/unproductive score to make the data more useful for managers.
