This app doesn’t work, and if it does only intermittently

I was initially excited about this application and purchased it for use by myself and four remote employees. However, we quickly encountered several issues that persisted despite adjusting settings. The most notable problem was the application intermittently stopping while in use, failing to record data without any apparent reason. Additionally, it inaccurately logged time during breaks.

I reached out to support, engaging in weeks of back-and-forth communication, providing screenshots and detailed notes of these occurrences. Despite this, the response was dismissive, claiming the application functions correctly without acknowledging the issues presented.

I inquired if others had experienced similar problems, but received no confirmation. Upon reviewing other user feedback, I found the comments to be overly generic, which was unhelpful.

While the application holds a lot of potential, its reliability is currently in question. It works sporadically, impacting not just me but also my team. For anyone considering this product, I strongly advise thorough testing before committing. The application does not consistently perform as expected, which is a significant drawback for any team relying on its functionality.

The application works very well and is used by many thousands of users every day. Of course, nothing is perfect and sometimes there could be some issues. And we always do our best to address them quickly. I'm sorry if it doesn't work for you, but we tried hard to understand what was not working but couldn't get any examples. For instance, you mentioned that some of your employees tried the desktop app, and it didn't work and stopped, etc., but in his data, it was clearly shown that he used the web timer and never used the app, which he said was buggy. Sometimes employees just don't want to use monitoring software. From your other employee, Giselle, we asked multiple times to record a video showing how she starts the app and what her timeline shows, but in response, you just said that "she just uses the button on the app". The problem is that the devil is in the details, and we need to see what's happening. You later confirmed that your employees changed their timezones and added time manually, but initially all we received were screenshots with just the total number of hours that were supposed to be incorrect.
