I personally would use this for quickly aggregating educational content for my team. Imagine spending 100s of hours watching tons of videos online but you still need to disseminate the information to others. This would allow you to quickly download all needed content. Then you can chop up, edit, and send the new video to your team. At least, those are my intentions.
Personally, I download videos all the time for easier access to viewing, but more so because often videos are removed for whatever reason then we can no longer access them. (THAT happened to me too many times.)
