Q: ADDING A MEMBER AND TRANSCRIPTION
Good morning,
Per transcription: I send numerous Vocals to our sorority members and you can imagine the misspelling of Greek terms that occur. Is there a way to increase the accuracy of transcripts or do I have to manually change the transcript before sending the Vocal? Is there documentation that helps me understand the options?
Also, I upgraded to Tier 2 but have not activated it yet. It says I can add a team member. What exactly does that mean? Will they have access to Vocal with their email or access to my account?
Also, with tier 2, I am entitled to color, font, themes, etc. Is that true for person 2?
If there is documentation that spells this out, please point me to it - especially if you have answered this a zillion times.

Regarding transcription accuracy and Greek terms—unfortunately, there isn't a built-in way to train or improve accuracy specifically. You will need to manually correct the transcript before sending. We’re exploring better options here and will keep you posted.
About adding a team member in Tier 2: this means you can invite someone with their own email to access and use Vocal under your subscription, but they will have their own login. They don’t get full access to your entire account, just to Vocal features.
And yes, the second team member under Tier 2 also gets access to color, fonts, themes, and all Tier 2 benefits.
