Q: Are you still developing the app
Hi Nathan,
I am wondering if you are still developing the app? I asked a long time ago if you would enable branding for your collections, you said you would eventually, but this never happened and nothing else really got developed since then. You previously responded very fast to emails, but even a real bug I reported a few weeks back needed 2 messages to get any response. What's happening?

We do send a monthly newsletter with the new features and things we work on to active Vocal users ;) We are building new stuff all the time, but the branding on the collect forms hasn't been a priority, simply because people haven't been using that feature as much as we expected ;)

Hi Nathan. As said, I needed to send a reminder to get a response about the bug I reported. Then again, I emailed 2 days ago for another issue, no response. Your point about the branding for collect forms doesnt make sense - we for one don't use it despite wanting to because we don't want to send the collections in bright blue - perhaps others have the same feeling? What is the other "new stuff"?
That's good feedback! You're right that the lack of branding might be preventing some people from using it.
We'd added some team features in may such as the ability to know which team member listened to a voice message, this month we added the ability to set a deadline after which voice messages auto delete and two months ago we added the ability to add comments to voice messages ;)
